Landlord Agency
Each building owner has a specific strategy for each of its assets.  Kington Commercial has experience with the many strategies employed by building owners, from pre-leasing a proposed building, to achieving initial lease-up in a newly delivered building, to preparing a building for sale or refinancing, to aggressively renewing leases to weather an economic downturn.

Investment Sales

The principals of Kington Commercial have extensive experience in the property management field, have collectively managed over 3 million square feet of commercial properties located in the Metropolitan Baltimore, Metropolitan New York City and across the country.  The principals understand the importance of developing challenging but realistic operating and capital plans closely link to either an investor's investment objectives or an institution's strategic plan.  They ahve experience assemblying the best team of employees, contractors and consultants to optimally execute the operating and capital plans.

Strategic Facilities Consulting
In many businesses, real estate expense is one of the largest expenses behind personnel, on the income statement and one of the largest assets on the balance sheet.  Kington Commercial has experience working directly with the chief executive officer and the chief financial officer to ensure that the real estate expense is minimized as appropriate and that real estate assets are optimally and prudently managed.
